I'm Jasper.
I work with senior leaders, leadership teams and boards when something in the organisation isn't working — and the usual answers aren't helping.
My work is grounded in the systems psychodynamic tradition — an approach developed at the Tavistock Institute that looks beneath the surface of organisational life. I don't start with solutions. I start by understanding what is actually happening.
Over twenty years I have worked with MNCs, mid-size companies, startups, social service organisations and government agencies across Asia, Europe and the UK.
